I’ve lived in the same apartment for 2 years and I still walk up and down the stairs. It’s really not that hard. It’s just a habit. A bad habit.
Ok, you’re right. I should go easier.
As we all know, this habit of walking up and down the stairs can be a big challenge in and of itself. I know many of you have it too. I personally have noticed that I have more difficulty with this habit (particularly if I’m in a rush to get to bed or something) so I’ve made a habit of taking more breaks from the stairs.
Ive noticed that it really isn’t that hard to take breaks from the stairs. It’s easier if Im not rushing. The only thing is, it is really hard to take breaks from the stairs. Ive found that if you walk up and down the stairs for a while, you get used to it. It becomes second nature so you know you wont have to take any breaks. And it takes a while to get used too.
The problem is when Im not rushing, Im not getting into the mood to be in a hurry. Im just doing a little homework and im not really the type of person who would want to do this kind of thing.
I think this is why we need to take the stairs more. We should take them slower and longer. But not rush through them. And take a break from them. The same applies with the stairs.
But if we take the stairs longer and slower, we might get hungry. It just takes a while to get that way. We’ll be hungry for a while.
I know the feeling. But maybe we should really do the opposite of what Im doing. I would love to have this type of opportunity to get out of the house and go for a walk. I am in a place of weakness and I want to get a little exercise.
I am sorry, but I can’t let you just come and go as you please. You have to go when I say. If you walk out of the house, I have to see you do it.
In order to be able to walk out of the house, I have to make sure that you actually do it. That’s the reason why we have this rule in the house. It’s simple and straight forward. And it’s also a rule that I enforce myself. So I do every single thing that I can to make sure that you actually obey this rule.
