For a lot of us, it seems like just about everything that we put on our to-do list is on autopilot. Everything that we do in our day-to-day lives has to be on autopilot.
I think that sometimes that’s true. But for most people it’s not. They don’t have to put everything that they do on autopilot. I think that maybe we do, but we don’t think that way. We just do everything that we think is important.
I believe that our autopilot habits are more a result of a lack of self-awareness than anything else. The problem is that we don’t think about how our habits actually affect our lives. Self-awareness takes the form of self-reflection, a process by which we take stock of our thoughts and actions, and we can then take steps to change our autopilot habits. However, we still don’t actually have a choice.
You don’t even need to know why you’re doing what you’re doing. There are millions of ways to accomplish the same thing. You just have to know that your autopilot habits are creating a feedback loop with your choices.
I feel like self-awareness is a big topic that needs to be addressed in order for it to become a true goal. This is because the “self” in “self-awareness” is a relative thing. If your self-awareness is good, you tend to think, “I know what I am doing, why do I have to change it? I know I’m not doing it intentionally, I just go with the flow.
If your self-awareness is good, then you know that you are the type of person who goes with the flow. If your self-awareness is bad, your best bet is to take action (see what I did there?) and find something to blame yourself for.
A good decision is to make a decision (perhaps in private, but the truth is, it’s more likely to be public than private) when the decision is made. If you’re going to make a decision, then you need to be involved in the decision, but also involved in the decision with the intention of trying to make it happen. It doesn’t seem like much of a decision.
If you’re like me, you don’t want to be doing anything that would cause you to be involved in a decision that you did not want to be involved in. When I make decisions, I tend to make them for a specific group of people or a specific group of interests. Some people will take to the idea of a decision that they dislike and will say, “no.
The problem is that when we make a decision, we tend to focus all of our energy on being involved in the process, but that makes it hard for the people we are involved with to understand what we are thinking. If you try too hard to be involved in the decision, it will be hard for them to understand what you are saying.
The best we can do is to try to be involved in decision making and to try to help the people involved to gain a better understanding of what is going on. To this end, we are asking you to take a “decision” that you dislike and take a look at it. We would like to hear what you think about it. We would like to be involved in the decision making process. We would like to be more involved in the decision making process.
