When I think of commercial law books, I think of things like the New York Rules of the Road and The Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, but I’m sure that when I was a kid, I was also using my imagination to create some of my own books. The problem with commercial law books is that they are almost exclusively written by attorneys. I think that only a select few, or very few, of the attorneys who actually practice this type of law actually write these books. It does not matter though, because it’s important to know what the law is. Knowing that an article of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure is going to be used in your briefs will give you an edge in the appeal process.
I can’t tell you how many commercial law articles I’ve read, but the number who apply the law in the context of a legal issue is pretty small. The only commercial law book I’ve read is “Legal Writing: A Complete Guide.” I think that this book is so well written that you can probably use it as a reference in your own commercial law practice.
What is also great about this book is that it gives you an idea of the kinds of issues and issues that you can use to get your own ideas in the right place. It also gives you tips on how to write a good commercial law brief.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to get into commercial law. It’s not for everyone though. For one thing, you’ll need to have a law degree. Second, there is no easy way to get into commercial law. Even if you do have a law degree, it might not be a good idea to do anything with it.
