In this article, I discuss the criminal law books that I have read in India. These books are not all that famous and some are the product of a couple of decades of research, while some are quite old. I am very fortunate that I have read so many of these books, and they have been a great learning experience for me.
This is the third time that I have read a criminal law book. I’ve read a few of these books before, and the ones I’ve read are the ones that have been read by my best friends and my friends’ parents. I have read and reread many of these books before I went to India, and I feel that these books are essential for any kind of student with a criminal background, and I don’t want to be a criminal.
Well, in India, there are many schools of thought on criminal law. Some schools that are more lenient in sentencing people, others that have more of a zero-tolerance policy. Some say that someone committing crimes should never be rehabilitated, but some say that people who commit crimes need to be rehabilitated. But I can tell you right now, that I dont think anyone should be rehabilitated from crime.
