My name is Kevin G. G. (pronounced as “ge-go-n-son”) and I am a writer, speaker, and facilitator. I have been involved in the fields of organizational psychology and human behavior for the past six years and I am always looking for new ways to improve the way the world works for every person I encounter.
A few weeks ago, I gave a presentation to a small group of educators about the importance of understanding and being mindful of our environment. The results of that session were phenomenal and I was invited to give a workshop over a year ago. Since then, I have been asked to give a few different presentations on how to be more mindful in our daily lives. I am always excited to do so as I am passionate about helping more people become more aware of their surroundings and how to better live their lives.
For many people, the main reason they can’t live with themselves is because they are too scared to move.
Most people are afraid to move, and I think this is because it is easy to be afraid. It is easy to be afraid of change, and also easy to be afraid of change that is not good. For most people, change is scary because it can feel dangerous. We get so used to people thinking we have to be “perfect” and that we have to stick around “this” same way we stay in our comfort zone.
I think the main reason people are afraid of change is because it can feel dangerous. The only way to make people feel safe is to make them feel safe. If we are afraid of change, then we will avoid change in the first place. But even if we do not have a fear of it, we still create our own “safety zones”. When you feel safe with your routine and routine is stable, you are much better at accepting change.
The thing is that if you don’t accept change, you will always fear it, whether you like it or not. You will always wonder whether you could have done something different. But then you won’t have the self-awareness to say, “I could have done something different, but I didn’t because I was afraid of the unknown.
The first place you should think about and do it before you leave it.
After you’ve been on your own for a while, you tend to think of your own safety zones as a good place to rest up. But the first thing you need to do is to be aware of them, so you can take care of them.
So how do you know if you’ve been in a safe zone? Well, there are a few simple tests you can use to determine that. One is to ask yourself, “Is there anything that could go wrong in my safe zone?” If the answer is yes, then you can rest assured that you’ve been in a safe zone. But if the answer is no, then you need to be extra careful.
This one is harder than it seems. If you think that you are in a safe zone, ask yourself, Is there anything that could go wrong in my safe zone If the answer is yes, then you need to stop worrying and do everything you can as a precaution. If the answer is no, then you need to be extra careful.
