A full form might sound like a bunch of words, but its meaning is that the words mean something to the person who put them into the form. And, to my mind, that is the same with the meaning of the words that are the parts of the sentence. If we consider the meaning of the full form of the word “self-awareness”, it means that a person who truly understands and understands themselves knows what they are doing and is able to stop doing it.
The word self-awareness comes from the Greek word self-aware, which means “to know something” or “to become aware”, and it’s the way we can be aware of ourselves. Self-awareness is a mental state that lets you know where you’re at in your life and what you’re doing. We can self-aware of the things around us in our lives by being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations.

Yes you can get exercise by eating healthy and doing your weights and cardio. But do you really know what you are doing, how you are changing your body, what you are doing to yourself? And if you can’t see yourself doing these things, then you can’t change anything.
What we really mean is “How well do you know yourself?” or “How well do you know how you are changing your body?”. The truth is, how you move and change your body is usually not so clear cut, because we are constantly making small changes in every aspect of our lives: what we eat, when we eat, how we work out, what we watch, how we move, how we dress.
Your perception of your body is what matters in your pursuit of self-improvement, and a lot of you are suffering from bad habits. To begin with, we see the bad habits you have as your habits, and the good habits you have as your habits. People think they are doing the right things all the time, but that doesn’t make it true. We’ve all done things that we know are wrong.
