This summer, I am excited to share my process with you. I will be taking a class called “The Five Levels of Self-Awareness” with a friend of mine whose name I’ve been unable to pronounce. For those unfamiliar with this class, we will be working through some of the questions about the way we think, feel, and act.

I’ve been trying to find a friend to take this class with, but I couldn’t find anyone willing to help me on this. This is my first time taking a class, and I am so excited to share my process with you.
I think my friend is right. Being able to take a class about what you really think about yourself through the lens of self-awareness is a great way to start building a picture of how you think at the deepest level of your mind.
I’m probably going to be more of a self-critical person in the future, but this class was a great idea, and I look forward to taking more classes about my life. I want to be able to share my work with you, and if you’re interested in the process of coming to an understanding of how you think, you probably should sign up for this class as well.
Yes, if you want to learn how to self-reflect, this is one of the best ways I know of to do it. Self-reflection is a great way to learn what you are truly feeling about yourself. Being able to self-reflect is also really important because being able to reflect on your life, your thoughts, your actions, your feelings, and your motivations is essential to being truly in touch with what you believe and what your purpose is within your life.
