To see why this is so, check out the video below, in which I break down the different ways we interact with the world around us. I’m going to break this down into three levels of self-awareness and explain each in detail.
First, we have the everyday “troue”. To put it simply, this is all the things we do, the way we interact with the world around us, the way we feel.
When we are not aware of our own behavior, then we feel the world around us. In everyday troue, we are the world around us. In fact, everyday troue is so important to us that it actually affects the way we think. Even though we don’t feel anything, we can still see it. By thinking of everyday troue as a thought, we can use it to control the outcome of our lives.
Everyday troue is basically our thoughts. The more often we get ourselves to think about everyday troue, the more it takes control of our lives. Think about it, when you wake up in the morning, you think about your morning routine. Your daily routine is all the things that happen in your daily routine. In other words, your daily routine is the things we think about. Think about the things you are doing today. Then think about what you will do today.
In addition to our everyday routines, we also have our daily routines. Our daily routines are a part of our daily lives, and so for most of us, they’re pretty much the same. We have our job, our hobbies, our social life, our religious beliefs. These also fall under the umbrella of our daily routines. Every time we wake up, we think about our morning routine. Every time we go to bed, we think about our nightly routine.
For some people, these daily routines are so ingrained that they are no longer considered “our” routine. These are the things that we do every day, and that we expect our friends to do, as well. For others, these routines are so habitual they don’t ever seem to exist any more. There are some people who have trouble remembering these things, and if you do, you may notice that sometimes these things get a little out of sync with their daily routines.
The thing is that these things usually aren’t consciously thought or done, but rather things happen on autopilot. And for our purposes, the reason the daily routine is so hard to remember is because the things that happen on autopilot are just as much as the daily things as your routine, even if you’ve made them a little bit more special than your daily stuff.

The problem is that, like all of the other autopilot things we’ve mentioned, our daily routines can become hard to remember because they don’t fit with the expectations we have of them. That’s why, when we take a break from this daily routine and sit down to write, we can find ourselves writing things that we really don’t want to write, because they don’t make sense or are too personal.
Now, how this can come back and bite me in the butt is when I write a story that I dont want to write because it is too personal for me or because I feel like I cant put it all into words. Sometimes I try and force myself to use a very personal, very emotional voice or story. But, as soon as I start to write a story that i dont want to write, I just run out of steam and stop.
