A lot of people think that you can’t control some things in your life, but we can clearly see and understand the effect of rules in relation to our circumstances. A lawful society will always have a law that can apply to us, but if we are constantly on the lookout for law, if the law is broken, we can’t continue the discussion.
The effect of codifying law is that it makes it a part of our daily lives. This is why it is so easy to break the law, to break the law when we are not even aware that we’re breaking the law. Because codifying law also makes it clear that law is actually a consequence of our human decisions and experiences.
Just as the police are going to be in control of the law enforcement, law making will be in control of the lawmaking. It is the other way around because codifying law makes law enforcement more powerful because it says that the state should be able to do whatever it wants to the citizens of a country.
The laws and the law making work in a society as it is. In the United States, the laws are as simple as they are. The only time we get to be aware of the laws is when we’re being asked to do something. In a society where we can’t just be aware of the laws, we can simply be aware of the laws and make it clear that the laws are being imposed on us.

The laws are not written by the state, nor are they written by people who are trying to make a name for themselves. Law is written by men who are trying to make a name for themselves.
