I am so excited that I get to share this interview with you today because I am a big fan of Ellen Simon. She is a highly successful social media influencer who is also a nutrition and wellness expert. She is the founder of The Simon Clinic, and is a national speaker and bestselling author.
Ellen is also a passionate advocate for a variety of causes, and has been working on weight loss for over a decade. One of these causes is the Simon Clinic, an organization that aims to provide comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle advice to struggling individuals in the United States. Ellen has been a big supporter of Weight Watchers, and a huge champion of the Simon Clinic.

We asked Ellen to share her weight loss journey with us.

Ellen recently lost almost 50 pounds and has been on Weight Watchers since 2008. In the last 6 years, she lost an additional 55 pounds. She is now a registered dietitian, and a dietitian with a master’s degree. She works with Weight Watchers, the American Dietetic Association, and the International Association of Dietetics and the American Dietetic Association, as well as the American Medical Association.

Ellen is the woman behind the popular weight loss blog, The Slim Diet. She has spoken at a number of professional events, including a talk she gave at the 2011 Weight Loss World. She also has a website, The Slim Diet.com. Ellen is also a well-known advocate for dietitians and weight-loss patients. She is featured in the New York Times, in the Wall Street Journal, and in the Wall Street Journal’s “All that Matters” section.
Ellen is also a health and beauty blogger and fitness model. She has two books published, The Slim Diet Cookbook and The Slim Diet Workbook. She has a very successful YouTube channel called The Ellen Simmons Show and a podcast entitled The Ellen Simmons Show. She has also done videos for a number of YouTube programs including, The Fit Girls, The Fitness Show, and The Weight Loss Show.
