You can use three levels of self-regulation to keep yourself accountable, but there is a more difficult one. The reason why is that people have more control over their behavior than they would otherwise. We need to be more like ourselves. When we let ourselves be controlled, things get better.
This is why we need to be more like ourselves. The way people are able to control their own behavior is through self-awareness. We need to be more like ourselves, when we have self-awareness, we can see our own behavior for what it is and decide to keep it within our control. When we aren’t aware of our own behavior we can’t be sure.
Self-awareness, or being aware of what we are doing, is a powerful force. While you may not be able to stop what you’re doing, it is in your power to choose not to do it in the future. Not letting your behavior control you is an example of this. It’s a choice that you could make before you even begin doing it.
You can make a choice to stop behaving in certain ways, and not let the behavior continue. When you choose not to do something your behavior will continue. What you can control is your behavior now.
To make your choices with the help of your body, you need to know what you are doing and know the consequences of your choice. This is an example of self-awareness. Knowing when you are doing something that might cause you to lose control is an example of self-awareness. The fact is that our bodies are a machine, and are never truly in control. Sure, we can use our bodies to make ourselves feel better, but that doesn’t make it true. Its not like we’re in control of our bodies. We’re not, and that’s what makes this whole thing of self-awareness so interesting.
