We are talking about the difference between self-awareness and self-control. We define self-awareness as the ability to control your own thoughts and actions. Self-control is the ability to restrain your own behavior without any awareness of the consequences. Self-awareness is the ability to control your own thoughts and actions. Because if you can control your own actions, you can control others. Because one of the things that makes us human is that we are very social animals. We like to co-produce with other people, share ideas, and talk about things that we know are important.
