Company law in India is not really a regulation of the market but rather of the corporation. This is a legal doctrine that exists to protect the shareholders from the board of directors and the firm’s shareholders from the firm’s employees. However, the law also has a strong set of rules related to the corporate governance, including due diligence, compensation, severance, and the dissolution of the company. The Securities Regulation Act, or SAR Act, is the law governing the registration of securities.
The Securities and Exchange Commission is the regulatory authority responsible for the registration of securities in the United States. While the SEC has a pretty good idea of what it’s doing, the general consensus seems to be that it’s doing it in a regulatory way.
In 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA, issued a joint set of guidelines called FINRA’s Rules of Conduct, which lays out what SEC, FINRA, and the companies they regulate must do to comply with securities laws. This was to be a “good news” for companies like ours. We just got our SEC registration, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s, and the FINRA’s.
Our registration is the biggest one that we have done to date. It’s been a long and arduous process, but we hope it is in the company’s best interests to keep the SEC out of it. This is important because it means that the SEC wouldn’t be able to interfere with our business. This is an important victory in our ongoing battle against the SEC.
It is the SEC that has the power to make your life miserable. It’s also the SEC who is responsible for the very best things your company is capable of doing.
We think this is a good deal for us. We are still working out the final details of the registration process and we hope that we can resolve this matter soon.
This is not to say that the SEC is going to not fight us on this. We can expect to see the SEC coming down hard on us in the coming months. It is the SEC, after all, that created the financial crisis, the financial crisis that led to the current recession. Now, the SEC is in the process of launching its own probe into our business practices.
We hope that this situation will not impact the relationship between our company and our investors. We are very strong in our mission to make a profit for our shareholders and we are very strong in our mission to protect investors.
The SEC has also launched a number of investigations into our company and the SEC is one of the few to have ever been sued for allegedly violating the securities laws. But we are very clear that these allegations are not being investigated. We will continue to investigate as long as our SEC investigation continues.
We are very strong in our mission to make a profit for our shareholders. We are very strong in our mission to protect investors. And, of course, the SEC has also launched a number of investigations into our company and the SEC is one of the few to have ever been sued for allegedly violating the securities laws. We will continue to investigate as long as our SEC investigation continues.
